• Topics for the Citizen Comment period are restricted to items listed on the board agenda.
• Due to public notice requirements, Board members are not able to discuss issues presented.
• Citizens are asked to limit comments to three (3) minutes.  Based upon the number of speakers, the Board President may limit all speakers to two (2) minutes.
• Public comments on specific personnel matters are not an appropriate subject for presentation to the School Board and should be referred to the Superintendent's office.  Any comments that may violate a right of an employee or student will not be permitted.
• In the event public comments exceed 30 minutes, the Board may continue with the regular agenda and resume public comments after all Board business has been conducted.
