Each year the primary household is required to login to a parent/guardian portal and update/confirm all information for their students enrolled in a MASD school for the coming school year.
Please select More > 2025 Online Registration > 24-25 School Year EXISTING STUDENT REGISTRATION > Start or Start Another (can be done multiple times)
Before you begin, please make sure that you have the following information available to review in the annual update process. You will need to make sure to review all pleats by selecting: Next or Save and Continue and remember to hit submit at the end in order for it to register as completed.
- Household information - address and phone numbers (Please note: If your student has 2 or more households, you will not see the other parent/guardians name or information in your portal during the update DO NOT ADD THE MISSING PARENT/GUARDIAN) Only the PRIMARY household (for census purposes) can complete the annual update.
- NOTE: Please make sure to review the Permissions to Share pleat as this is necessary to waive student fees if approved for Free/Reduced meal benefits make sure to select Yes, the school year and the fees you would like waived. If a secondary household wishes to apply for meal benefits, this is done electronically through that parent’s portal and is not linked to the annual update.
- Parent information - work and cell phone numbers, email addresses
- Student information - demographic, health/medication, and immunization information
- NEW: Grades 7-12 Non-Prescription Self Carry Authorization
- High school student parking - student's driver license number and vehicle make / model / year / color / license plate number (Secondary Car information if needed) The information provided will be posted to the students' parking information in Infinite Campus.
- Random Drug Testing Authorization for High School students/athletes/activities
- NEW: Review School Handbooks
- Emergency contact information - addresses and phone numbers
***BE SURE YOUR POP-UP BLOCKER IS TURNED OFF***

I don't have a Parent Portal account. How do I get one set up?
Please check your email as a link to set up a portal account has previously been sent, if you did not receive an email, contact MASD Help Desk at helpdesk@masd.k12.wi.us.
You will receive an email response that contains directions on how to create your account.

I'm a student or parent trying to register using a student's portal account login, but I don't have the link, why?
The annual online registration link is only sent to the portal account of the primary household guardian(s) and needs to be completed via the parent's account. I'm a secondary household and cannot register my children, why? The registration link is only provided to the designated primary household guardian(s) for a student.

How do I fill out a Free / Reduced Lunch Application?
The application is available electronically through your Parent Portal account. Once logged in, select More > Meal Benefits. Paper forms are no longer needed.

Can I use an iPad or cell phone to complete online registration?
Online registration cannot be completed on a cell phone or tablet. Some program features are not available on these devices. Which internet browser versions are supported? Infinite Campus supports the following internet browser versions: Windows - IE 11.x, current and most recent version of Chrome, current and most recent version of Firefox MAC - Safari 9.x, current and most recent version of Chrome, current and most recent version of Firefox.
Which internet browser should I use?
Current versions of Chrome and Firefox work best.
